ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

The schedule of accommodation is shown below, together with other details relating to the individual units.

Unit 1, also on the ground floor, has the benefit of a large display window, and, with direct access from street level, may be suitable for sales to the public. Unit 1A, also has the benefit of access directly off High Street East, and is well fitted including a small tea point

Each unit has the benefit of large double access doors, and carpets. 3 phase electricity is available to some units, which are all connected to an intruder alarm panel.

All units are separately metered for electricity and also water and gas where available and installed. Disabled toilet facilities are available at ground, first and second floor levels. Occupiers may need to install power circuits and heating sources, and these can be supplied by the Landlord at an additional cost which will be added to the rent. Some units have extraction available.

Access to the units will be available at all times for occupiers, although initially the Landlord would propose to limit access by the public to Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with agreed additional times at the weekend if required.

Note that no external projections will be allowed, and all signage within the building will be controlled by the Landlord.
